We are delighted to offer you complimentary standard delivery!

All parcels are carefully prepared and dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre. Please note that order processing times may take slightly longer during bank holidays, festive periods, and seasonal sale peaks.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are prepared within 3 to 10 working days from the purchase date and dispatched on the working day following completion. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders over the weekend.

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to amend or update your delivery address, please contact our customer care team at claireandsusan@outlook.com as soon as possible. Once an order enters logistical fulfilment, no further alterations can be made.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 to 3 working days for initial processing. Transit times vary depending on the delivery destination. Below are our estimated transit times:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 to 14 working days

  • United States: 7 to 15 working days

  • Canada: 7 to 16 working days

  • Central America: 10 to 25 working days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 14 working days

  • Rest of the World: 11 to 30 working days
